- Other/not listed: 3,000PHP/60USDSteps for Commissioning Handmade by Hongjun:- A Google form link will be posted to fill out when slots open. You may still send an email or DM regarding general inquiries when my commissions are closed.- I will confirm with the client if I can do the piece they ask for along with the approximate price range.- Once the client gives the OK for price range, I will begin drafting sketches for the item/s- If the client already has a jewelry design prepared, I will assess the design and confirm whether or not the proposed design will be feasible, changes will be made otherwise- Once the client is happy with the sketch, they must provide at least a 75% downpayment (non-refundable) within at most 2 weeks.- If payment is delayed, I can still accept your commission, but it will be moved to the end of the list.- No cancellation can occur once I have started creating your item.- When the piece is completed, I will package and send it to the address that the client provides.DISCLAIMER: THE FINISHED ITEM WILL LIKELY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE TO THE PAPER SKETCH. - Yes! I will be using DHL for express shipping (4-7 days) and Postal for standard (10-15 days). Take note that I am in the Philippines so shipping costs will be high especially if you are on the other side of the world. Please keep in mind I do not have the power to speed up your delivery in case of shipment delays. That is out of my hands.- I will give you the price quote for the shipping fee when I send you your invoice. I will be asking if you want standard or express shipping as well."Do you provide non-pierce earrings?"
-Yes, I use clip-on earring bases for those without piercings who would like to have earrings. Ear cuffs are also available."What materials do you use?"
-Gold-plated copper, stainless steel, and upon request I can provide 925Silver earring parts. Make sure to inform me if you are allergic to anything.
-The main colored parts of my pieces are made using epoxy resin."Is this specific piece available?"
- No, I do not make copies of my clients' custom pieces.
- Sometimes I will release my own designs for sale in limited quantities. If materials are available, you may ask me to make for you a specific item from a past design release when commissions are open."Are you going to make jewelry based on (insert fandom here)?"
- I can! But I'm only interested in very specific things. If you want a certain piece inspired by a certain fandom, then feel free to avail of a commission slot so I can custom design something for you! Do take note that I may still refuse the commission if I feel I can't give justice to your chosen character."Can you make this for me?" (photo of already-made jewelry)
- Sorry, I won't be taking commissions that ask for me to remake the work of another artist."How long do you take to make something?"
- on average it would be 3-7 days per item from when I start on it, but sometimes I can take up to a week more or less, depending on the item itself. If you have a deadline for the piece please mention it upfront. It may take more weeks (max. 6 months) before I can start on your item depending on the queue. ON THE TOPIC OF GHOSTING
-Clients that are considered "ghosts": if after a month (30 days) you are not able to respond to an update or reply on any of the provided channels whether it be email, or the client's preferred social media platform/s, the commission will be voided and you will have gained 1 strike. 2 strikes constitutes being added to the client blacklist, meaning I will no longer accept any further commissions from you as a client.-In line with the above, having paid a downpayment (that is to say, incomplete payment) does not exempt one from becoming a ghost client, and as such will also earn a strike if found to be inactive with communication. The completed item will thus be sold to a new customer at the price that is yet unpaid by said client. I am however willing to hold onto said item provided that the client sets a timeline or schedule of payment. Once the limit/provided schedule has passed I will proceed to sell the item to recoup losses.
