Commission Rules, Prices, & Frequently Asked QuestionsKINDLY READ THROUGH EVERYTHING LISTED IN THIS PORTION OF THE CARRDPricing:
amount will vary depending on designamounts listed are base fees, NOT average prices, i will not go lower than the prices listed here. Please expect your item/s to cost more than the numbers listed below
- Necklaces: 6,500PHP/120USD
- Bracelets: 4,800PHP/90USD
- Earrings: 4,200PHP/75USD
- Hair ornaments: 4,500PHP/85USD
- Other/not listed: 3,000PHP/60USDSteps for Commissioning Handmade by Hongjun:- A Google form link will be posted to fill out when slots open. You may still send an email or DM regarding general inquiries when my commissions are closed.-↑Must include: Item requested, theme/color scheme, deadline, allergens to specific metals, country to deliver to (Included in the google form)- I will confirm with the client if I can do the piece they ask for along with the approximate price range.- Once the client gives the OK for price range, I will begin drafting sketches for the item/s- If the client already has a jewelry design prepared, I will assess the design and confirm whether or not the proposed design will be feasible, changes will be made otherwise- Once the client is happy with the sketch, they must provide at least a 75% downpayment (non-refundable) within at most 2 weeks.- If payment is delayed, I can still accept your commission, but it will be moved to the end of the list, or possibly to the next month.- No cancellation can occur once I have started creating your item.- When the piece is completed, I will package and send it to the address that the client provides.DISCLAIMER: THE FINISHED ITEM WILL LIKELY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE TO THE PAPER SKETCH. - Yes! I will be using DHL for express shipping (4-7 days) and Postal for standard (10-15 days). Take note that I am in the Philippines so shipping costs will be high especially if you are on the other side of the world.- I will give you the price quote for the shipping fee when I send you your invoice. I will be asking if you want standard or express shipping as well."Do you provide non-pierce earrings?"
-Yes, I use clip-on earring bases for those without piercings who would like to have earrings."What materials do you use?"
-Gold-plated copper, stainless steel, and upon request I can provide 925Silver earring parts. Make sure to inform me if you are allergic to anything."Is this specific piece available?"
- No, I do not make copies of my clients' custom pieces.
- Sometimes I will release my own designs for sale in limited quantities."Are you going to make jewelry based on (insert fandom here)?"
- I can! But I'm only interested in very specific things. If you want a certain piece inspired by a certain fandom, then feel free to avail of a commission slot so I can custom design something for you! Do take note that I may still refuse the commission if I feel I can't give justice to your chosen character."Can you make this for me?" (photo of already-made jewelry)
- Sorry, I won't be taking commissions that ask for me to remake the work of another artist."How long do you take to make something?"
- on average it would be 3-7 days per item from when I start on it, but sometimes I can take up to a week more or less, depending on the item itself. If you have a deadline for the piece please mention it upfront. It may take more weeks (max. 6 months) before I can start on your item depending on the queue. I may also charge a rush fee if you want to get yours finished ASAP.
